INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE
Personally Identifiable Information
In general, you can visit the Site without telling us who you are or giving us personal information. However, at various locations on the Site, such as when you contact us or log-in to a password protected area of the Site, we may request that you supply us with personally identifiable information such as your name, e-mail address, employer name, postal address, and/or work telephone number. As part of creating an account on the Site, you may also be requested to provide questions and secret answers, which we use to help verify your identity and assist in resetting your password. If you do not want your personally identifiable information collected, please do not submit it to us or access locations on the Site where it may be requested of you. When you do provide us with personally identifiable information, we may use that information to better understand your needs and how we can improve our service offerings, programs and your user experience. Children’s Personal Information
The Site is intended for adult users only. AllSector does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) or send them requests for personal information. If AllSector learns that personally identifiable information of persons under thirteen (13) years of age has been collected on the Site, AllSector will take the appropriate steps to delete that information.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
In some cases, when you visit the Site, we may also collect information that is non-personally identifiable information or technical information that, by itself, cannot be used to identify or contact you. In addition to the information specified above, AllSector may collect information about your use of the Site through electronic communications protocols and cookies. As with most web sites you visit, AllSector may automatically receive personal information from you as part of the communication connection itself, which often consists of network routing information (where you came from), equipment information (Internet browser type) and date and time. AllSector may also use cookies, embedded URLs and embedded pixels to capture additional information.
Cookies
We may use “cookies” – small pieces of data or text files sent by a web server that are stored on your computer. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Use of cookies is industry standard and information contained in cookies will enhance your experience on the Site. Cookies can store non-personally identifiable information, such as what web sites, pages, or advertisements your browser has accessed and may be tied to the personal information you knowingly choose to provide to us. Embedded URLs
AllSector may also use a tracking technique that employs embedded URLs to allow use of the Site without cookies. Embedded URLs allow limited information to follow you as you navigate the Site, but is not associated with personal information and is not used beyond the session.
Embedded Pixels
On the Site, AllSector may use embedded electronic images or pixel technologies on selected pages for the purpose of identifying unique user visits to the Site, as opposed to aggregate hits. These embedded pixel technologies, commonly referred to as web beacons, may also be used to assist in delivering cookies on the Site. In addition, web beacons may be used in e-mails to provide information on when an e-mail is opened and acted upon.

INFORMATION SHARING
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose information as required by law, rule or regulation or where we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, as requested by a governmental or law enforcement authority or other legal process. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose your personal information outside of AllSector without your consent.
If AllSector sells assets (or the assets of a division or subsidiary) to another entity or if AllSector is acquired by or merged with another entity, you agree that without obtaining your consent AllSector may provide and transfer to such entity information of users of the Site, including your personal and non-personal information, that is related to that part of our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity.
SECURITY
AllSector is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide us on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information, such as a password, over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. However, it is not possible to guarantee the security or integrity of information disclosed online because no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, a California resident who has provided personal information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship has the right to request from that business information about whether the business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. In general, if the business has made such a disclosure of personal information, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom such personal information was disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of personal information that were disclosed, upon receipt of a request by a California resident. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All matters relating to this Privacy Policy and your access to, and use of, the Site shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of New York in the United States without regard to its principles of conflict of laws.
