What is the Nerd Nosh? It’s the local chapter of the NTEN 501 Club: a group of people interested in how nonprofits can use technology to meet their missions.

How do I stay in touch? One way is to join the email list housed in the NTEN Online Community at the NTEN Group affinity site. Register at community profile first and then join the Long Island group at: The LI 501 Club site.

Another is to attend our meetings, held every 4th Wednesday of the month at 6900 Jericho Turnpike, Syosset.

What does the Nerd Nosh do? Pros and accidental techies alike come together to share advice, resources, local news, job openings, job searches, you name it. Basically, it"s an opportunity to network with peers and colleagues in your local community while getting some tips and advice for your work. Spread the word! We welcome anyone interested in using technology for nonprofit and advocacy efforts.
