From Help Desk incident reporting to resolution there are forms in the SendTrac® Information Technology Services (ITS) System to manage the workflow and communicate status, next steps, or approvals to designated people inside or outside your company or organization.

The Help Desk Service Request Form allows your staff to enter problems directly into the system. These are routed to the Help Desk for action where assigned help desk, applications, data network and/or field support staff manage the resolution of problems raised and communicate these back to the submitter.

There is an IT Requisition Form that is used to request goods and services. Based on rules you establish, this form is routed internally within your organization for pricing, appropriate approvals, and purchase. Then when received, it is tracked for internal installation and vendor payment.

There is even an IT Equipment Inventory Function that allows your organization to keep track of IT-related hardware and software. Which is important for asset tracking and license renewals.
