The AllSector Professional Team

Michael Davis, President & CEO

Michael has provided senior level management services in the private sector at AllSector for more than 10 years, and in the not-for profit and public sectors for more than 25 years. At AllSector, Michael has been responsible for the conceptual design of AllSector’s SendTrac® suite of applications, as well as for the development of AllSector’s lines of business.

Prior to joining AllSector, Michael managed consulting services for Oracle Corporation, was Chief Information Officer at a large not-for-profit healthcare organization in New York City, and was Senior Deputy Commissioner and Chief Information Officer at a large New York City municipal government agency. While in City government, Michael chaired the New York City Municipal Data Processing Council, an organization of the Chief Information Officers of all New York City government agencies.


Jeffrey Sherow, Chief Operating Officer

Jeffrey, in his role as the COO of AllSector, is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the company. For more than 18 years prior to joining AllSector, Jeffrey was a senior executive at Accenture, one of the world’s leading consulting, technology and outsourcing companies. Most recently at Accenture, Jeffrey was responsible for managing the delivery and operation of many large-scale mission critical systems. Prior to that, he helped launch, manage and grow a software organization within Accenture (Andersen Consulting at the time). Jeffrey is a graduate of Ramapo College, where he received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Information Systems.


Joseph Baskin, Director of Network Operations

Joe has been in the managed services and network engineering business for over 20 years having worked in the academic, health care, legal and professional services sector. At AllSector he heads up a team providing broad reaching solutions for a diverse client base. This includes high-end secure local and wide area network design, Enterprise Server and messaging systems, clusters, load balancing, redundancy, and other high availability system design, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Joe’s focus has also been in information assurance and security. He holds a CISSP and SANS – GISP certifications, and is a member of the FBI’s InfraGuard program. Joe also holds certifications with Microsoft and Cisco products.


Andrea Edwards, Director of Help Desk and Field Operations

A seasoned technology professional with more than 18 years in the industry, Andrea has been a member of the AllSector Technology Group since its inception in 1998. Andrea is an integral part of AllSector’s management team and in this role provides a diverse range of Managed Services to AllSector’s clients. She oversees client project management and implementation, client account management, technical support services, and telecommunications, as well as the day to day operations of help desk and desk top support. Andrea manages many large scale relocation projects which includes all aspects from site preparation for voice and data services to relocation and installation.

Before joining AllSector, Andrea spent 8 years working as the Manager of Telecommunications for a health care organization where she managed the day to day operations of the desk top support and help desk teams, as well as telecommunications.

Andrea holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing and a Masters of Arts in Telecommunications from Iona College.


Gary Morgen, Director of Consulting Services

Gary has been designing and implementing Business Process Management (BPM)-based, component-driven software solutions for over nine years. With more than 25 years of IT leadership in companies such as CitiGroup, IBM, and a handful of start-ups, he brings both large and small company experience to the AllSector Application Consulting Services division. A frequent presenter and educator on BPM and Common Component development at industry trade shows, quality councils, and BPM conventions, he brings a creative and innovative business-focused approach to re-engineering, automation, and workflow solutions.


Chuck Schwartz, Director of Business Development

For over ten years Chuck has provided IT advice to non-profit organizations, for-profit companies, and government agencies. He also serves as the relationship manager for many of AllSector's clients. Prior to AllSector, Chuck spent fourteen years as an operation's manager for a leading Long Island based construction organization

Chuck is a graduate of SUNY Empire State College (BS), where he studied Management and Marketing. He was inducted into the school’s Gallery of Distinguished Graduates in 2003. Chuck serves on the Executive Board of the Health and Welfare Council of Long Island, and also Long island's YES Community Counseling Center. He has also participated on the IT Steering Committee of the UJA Federation of New York, and volunteers for many Long Island community-based organizations.


Tim Trapanotto, Director of Applications

Tim has been in the Business Process Management (BPM) world where in 2003 he started up his own firm in the Professional Services area with a specialty in deploying workflow solutions based on Staffware. Previously, Tim spent the late 90’s and early 00’s working for Staffware, and deployed that workflow tool in many high profile clients: Merrill Lynch, CitiGroup, Unum Provident, to name a few.

Prior to that Tim has run teams of developers and IT shops at both banks and medical testing laboratories, as well as handled the IT side of mergers with those firms. Additionally, Tim has spent several years as a senior programmer/analyst in those same industries.

Tim holds degrees in Business Administration and Computer Technologies, as well as several certificates from non-degree programs within the IT world.
