A pre-sales engineer is vital to accelerating the sales process as that person maps out customers’ needs in order to develop complete quotes.
By assisting in the uncovering of new opportunities you are responsible for contributing to maximizing company sales growth and therefore, you will be a key participant in making our business a success. This requires a strong technical knowledge, professional selling skills, and a tight coordination between different teams, both in our company and the client’s. The keys to a successful sale are communications and results.
These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: technical needs discovery, presentations, assist on sales calls and follow ups, preparing proposals, vendor negotiations, and assist in closing deals. Additional sales responsibilities and tasks: meeting/conference call coordination, maintaining customer/vendor files, and some budget management.

Required Education and Experience:
- Requires one to five years of related technical experience
- 4 year college degree (Computer Science or related field preferred)
- Vendor and/or industry technical certifications preferred
- Proficient in MS Office product suite and email
Salary: Salary plus commission participation on completed sales goals.
