Michael Davis, President and CEO

Michael has provided senior level management services at AllSector for more than 14 years, and in the not-for profit and public sectors for more than 25 years. At AllSector, Michael has been responsible for the conceptual design of AllSector’s AllTrac® suite of applications, as well as for the development of AllSector’s lines of business.

Prior to joining AllSector, Michael managed consulting services for Oracle Corporation, was Chief Information Officer at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, and was Senior Deputy Commissioner and Chief Information Officer at the NYC Human Resources Administration. While in City government, Michael chaired the New York City Municipal Data Processing Council.

Jeffrey Sherow, Chief Operating Officer

Jeffrey has provided senior level management services at AllSector for more than 3 years. At AllSector, Jeffrey is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the company. Jeffrey also manages AllSector’s Welfare to Work application and customers and a number of special projects to for the AllTrac® suite of applications.

For more than 18 years prior to joining AllSector, Jeffrey was a senior executive at Accenture, one of the world’s leading consulting, technology and outsourcing companies. At Accenture he spent more than 12 years working in the Public Sector practice, most recently on large health and human services projects. Prior to that at Accenture, he was responsible for helping to launch, manage and grow a software line of business.

Jeffrey is a graduate of Ramapo College, where he received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems.

Andrea Edwards, Sr. Vice President -
Managed Services and Customer Relations

Andrea has been a member of the AllSector Technology Group since its inception in 1998 and oversees client project management and implementation, client account management, technical support services, and telecommunications, as well as help desk and desk top support teams.  Andrea also manages many large scale relocation projects which includes all aspects from site preparation for voice and data services to relocation and installation.

Prior to joining AllSector, Andrea was Manager of Telecommunications for a health care organization where she managed the day to day operations of the desk top support and help desk teams, as well as telecommunications.

Andrea holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing and a Masters of Arts in Telecommunications from Iona College.

Richard Roistacher M.D., Sr. Vice President -
Healthcare Technology

Dr. Roistacher is responsible for providing vision and direction for AllSector’s Healthcare Technology consulting practice. While at AllSector, Dr. Roistacher has been leading a team at a large health and human services client in NY City. At that client, his team has stabilized all clinical systems, organized a Project Management process, developed a Clinical Help Desk , created online training tools for clinical applications, and now working on a long term strategic IT vision for the organization.

Prior to AllSector, he served in multiple capacities in Healthcare. He served as Chief Medical Resident, Teaching Attending and Associate Training Director in the Department of General Internal Medicine in the same system, while maintaining a private practice thru the Medical Associates of Saint Vincent’s. He eventually became Medical Director of that practice, managing 30 physicians in a multi-specialty group. At Saint Vincents, he was the VP/ Chief Medical Informatics Officer for the entire Saint Vincent’s institution of acute care center, psychiatric hospital, 30 ambulatory sites and 2 nursing homes totaling 1000 beds. In that capacity, he helped to develop long term IT strategies, implement ambulatory EMR in the ambulatory sites and conceive of the IT plans for a state of the art new hospital to be built.

He graduated from New York Medical College and received his residency training at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York City. He is a member of the American College of Physician Executives where he has pursued advanced training in Healthcare Administration, finance, ethics and law.

Joseph Baskin, Vice President - Consulting Services

Joe is responsible for leading and managing the technology consulting practice at AllSector. For more than 13 years, Joe has helped provide technology strategy and leadership to AllSector customers and has led the design and implementation of many network and infrastructure projects for large and small customers. Joe also led the acquisition of SAS70 certification project for AllSector.

Prior to joining AllSector in 1999, Joe led the design and installation network infrastructure for a national labor and employment law firm as assistant director of management information systems. Prior to the Law Firm was Assistant Director of Academic computing at SUNY Purchase

Joe holds a B.A in communications and his technology credentials include: certifications with CISSP, CRISC, and numerous vendor certifications as well as products level III certification in Homeland Security, sensitive security information (SSI), HIPAA Security Specialist (CHSS) certifications and he is also currently a member of the FBI’s InfraGuard program.

Kathleen Parker, Vice President - Healthcare Technology

As a senior member of the Healthcare practice, Kathleen brings over 25 years of healthcare management experience including application development, large to small scale system selection and implementations, strategic planning, proven disaster preparedness, data center design, project management methodologies, infrastructure, staff development, contract review, outsourcing, and customer service.  She has a reputation for bringing projects to successful conclusion on-time and on-budget.

Prior to joining AllSector, Kathleen was the Chief Information Officer at New York Downtown Hospital where she was responsible for the design and implementation of their infrastructure and entire suite of applications. She has also held senior IT management positions at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York City, and The Stamford Health System of Stamford, Connecticut.

Kathleen is a graduate of The Millbrook School in Millbrook, New York, and of Wells College in Aurora, New York.

Sarah Hannah, Vice President - Customer Relations

In her role as Vice President of Client Relations, Sarah is responsible for improving customer satisfaction, increasing overall communication and serving as an escalation point for high-priority customer support needs and managing the help desk operations.

Prior to joining AllSector, Sarah spent more than four years with EzeCastle Integration as an Associate Director (AD) of Client Relations and Client Relationship Manager (CRM). In those roles, she supervised a large team in Manhattan whose goal was to understand the client’s business needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide robust, cost-effective solutions and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Prior to her work there, Sarah was a senior technologist with Ambac Assurance Corporation, overseeing support for the trading desk and managing several key organizational projects.

Sarah holds a BA in Fine Arts Management from Penn State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, where she studied Business and Technology.

Everton Brown, Director - Network Engineering

Everton has been a member of the AllSector team since 1999, where he manages our team of network engineers providing solutions for our diverse customers and maintaining the integrity and continual operation of our data centers, clients’ networks, various conduits, and ensuring the optimal functioning of our mission critical operations.

Everton has been a leader in the managed services and systems integration technology sectors since 1990, spanning multiple sectors including: academia, public sector, health care and professional services. Prior to Allsector, Everton was a Network Engineer for a large health care organization and a Network Administrator working for the large New York State government agency.

Everton is a graduate of Brooklyn College (CUNY), with a degree in Computers and Information Science, and holds certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, Dell and Sonicwall technologies.

Tim Seeberger, Manager - Implementation Services

Tim is the Director of Implementation for AllSector, he and his team are responsible for management of customer implementations including delivery of training and working closely with product development to complete product customizations. Tim has also led the effort to have AllSector’s AllTrac product certified as NYSCRI (New York State Clinical Records initiative) compliant.

Prior to AllSector, Tim spent 13 years with a large health and human services organization leading implementation, support, training and helpdesk services for case management and billing applications. Tim was also responsible during that time for billing and remittance of all third-party payers. Prior to that, Tim was a business analyst with Blue Cross and Blue Shields working on the managed care software used to record intakes, authorizations, Providers in Panels, etc.

Tim holds a BA in Criminal Justice a master degree in Social work and is a NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (10/1990).

Steve Crimando, Managing Director - XBRM Division

Steve is the Managing Director of the Extreme Behavioral Risk Management division and has responsibility for customer service delivery. He is a recognized subject matter expert and educator providing training and consultation in human factors in emergency/disaster planning, response and recovery.

Steve has served on the front line of disasters worldwide and in leadership roles at such events as the 9/11 and 1993 World Trade Center attacks, the 2001 anthrax/bioterror attacks and countless natural and technological disasters. He serves as a consultant and trainer for the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and United Nations, and has helped multinational organizations and government agencies prepare for, respond to and recovery from all types of crises. Steve has presented to professional audiences at major conferences across the U.S., and published countless articles, chapters and papers addressing a variety of crisis management topics.

Steve has been conferred the status of Diplomat by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress; the National Center for Crisis Management; and the International College of the Behavioral Sciences, where he serves as an officer on the Board of Directors. He is a Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress (BCETS) and Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS). He also holds Level V Certification in Homeland Security and is Certified in Disaster Preparedness (CDP-I).

Jack Gazzola, Vice President - Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Jack brings more than 30 years of experience to this new role and will be responsible for the generation of new customer sales in both application solutions and managed services.

Jack comes to AllSector from TIBCO Software, where he was involved in an initiative to establish a vertical market in the healthcare industry, selling infrastructure software, social media solutions and electronic data interchange (EDI) to healthcare providers and payers. Prior to TIBCO, Jack spent seven years at Proginet as senior vice president of sales, directing the strategic leadership and operations of the direct and indirect sales teams. Jack brings added experience from Automatic Data Processing, JBA International, Comshare (now Infor Global Solutions) and Nistevo (now a part of IBM Sterling Management Systems).

Jack is a graduate of Fordham University, where he received a Bachelor degree in Business Management and Marketing.
